About Pranisha Yoga

Pranisha Yoga was born from a profound intention to guide you back to yourself, to the stillness within, to serenity. The name Pranisha - from Pran (life force) and Isha (divine guide) - represents the belief that breath and awareness connect us to something greater... something magical!

​It is a whisper from the soul, a call to return, to breathe, to awaken, to simply be embraced by peace.

Through movement and stillness, in the quiet rhythm of each breath, wisdom unfolds, a journey begins -  unleashing the energy within.

Whether seeker or sage in the dance of time, this space is yours - sacred, divine, sublime.​

Breathe, believe and be. The journey is already yours!

About The Instructor

Nisha grew up amidst the vibrant mosaic of India, travelling its sacred landscapes, absorbing the colors, chants, and quiet miracles stitched into every temple bell and dusty sunrise. Though she later walked the polished halls of corporate life, her spirit whispered of deeper truths, of a rhythm more ancient than ambition.
That whisper became a call - a sacred tide that carried her to Rishikesh, the World’s Yoga Capital, where the Ganges flows like an eternal hymn. Amidst her internationally accredited Yoga Alliance training, a stillness took root, awakening a divine longing to share yoga’s timeless wisdom and ignite heart-led living.
Thus arose Pranisha - a name that breathes her truth. Through soulful, strength-laced offerings, she welcomes presence, purpose, and peace.
In her radiance, community unfolds.

“These are wonderful classes, I'd recommend them to anyone interested in trying yoga. Nisha knows her stuff and runs a really friendly session, she's encouraging and informative. The classes are kept small intentionally, which allows Nisha to help everyone, individually, to achieve the correct posture or movement. I feel like the class helps me to improve my strength/flexibility and gives me a chance to unwind from the daily stresses, it also teaches self-awareness of breath and posture. You feel both energised and calm afterwards.”
